LACA Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

The Promoter is HOBART Service UK LTD, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6GN (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
• No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry is via completion of the online form at this event landing page.

3. How to Enter

• Enter by completing the entry form on this page, providing your first name, last name, email address, phone number and company name, and confirming which products or services you would like more details on.
• Maximum of one entry per person.
• The opening date for entries is Tuesday 7th July 2026 and the closing date is Wednesday 8th at 4pm. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. The Prize

• One winner will receive a luxury White Company hamper.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a reasonable equivalent of equal or higher value.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random by an independent person or via a verifiably random computer process, and will be announced Wednesday 8th at 4pm. 

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact details provided at entry. If the winner does not respond to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

7. Publicity and Data Protection

• The Promoter will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with data protection laws.
• Under ASA rules, the surname and county of the winner will be made available to anyone who requests this information. If you object to your details being published, please contact the Promoter when claiming your prize.

8. General

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
