Your HOBART dishwasher is an important part of your kitchen. Cleaning and maintaining your machine will ensure it works hard for you – long term.

YOUR HOBART DISHWASHER DAILY CLEANING REGIME

It is important to give your dishwasher a quick check over each day, preferably at the start of the day, before filling, and at the end of the day, once drained. This should include:

1. Checking the free rotation of wash arms
2. Check the filters and strainers and remove any food debris
3. Check and clean the door seals

In a quieter kitchen, draining and refilling your machine daily will suffice. In a busy kitchen, we recommend draining and refilling twice daily to ensure an optimum clean.

YOUR HOBART DISHWASHER MONTHLY CLEANING REGIME

Most HOBART dishwashers have an in-built Hygiene Programme. The machine will flag up when a Hygiene Programme is required but, as a rule, we recommend busy pub and restaurant kitchens run this cycle monthly on each machine.
