HOBART dishwashers will prompt the user when a deep clean or Hygiene Program is required. We recommend running a Hygiene Program when prompted or once a month with our specially developed Hyline Hygiene tablets. The Hygiene Program will:

• Kill any lingering bacteria
• Remove limescale and grease build up
• Eliminate any odour and freshen up your machine
• Maintain sprayer arm power
• Keep elements clear so the machine reaches the optimal temperature

A Hygiene Program is a setting unique to HOBART dishwashers, designed to give your commercial dishwasher an intensive deep clean. It’s important to deep clean any dishwasher to ensure optimised functionality and to kill any harmful bacteria in the machine.
