Mark’s role is focused on engaging with numerous healthcare sites, and gaining an in-depth understanding of each facility’s operations and challenges. He works closely with our healthcare customers to ensure that their catering equipment runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively – helping them meet stringent hygiene standards and maintain uninterrupted service for patients and staff.
With over 16 years of experience in the commercial catering industry, Mark brings extensive knowledge in servicing and maintaining essential kitchen equipment. He understands the pressures healthcare facilities face, from budget constraints to operational efficiency, and excels in managing the services of multiple pieces of equipment to minimise downtime. His previous experience as a dealer in designing and supplying commercial kitchens across the UK has equipped him with a deep understanding of mechanical and engineering services, market trends, and various equipment types – making him an invaluable resource for healthcare providers.
