SETTING THE DETERGENT DOSAGE ON YOUR HOBART DISHWASHER

When you choose Hyline by HOBART for your commercial dishwasher, the dosage required per wash is far less than with a standard detergent. Follow the simple step-by-step instructions below to set the dosage on your dishwasher detergent and rinse aid:
  1. Press the three lines in the corner of your display to open the dishwasher menu
  2. Use the arrows to scroll to the Chef Login option
  3. Enter Pin: 1111
  4. Use the arrows to scroll to the Chemical Settings menu
  5. Use the arrows to scroll to the Detergent Concentrate menu
  6. Adjust the Detergent Concentrate to 2.0g/l and press the tick to set
  7. In the Chemical Settings menu, select the Rinse Aid Concentrate menu
  8. Adjust the Rinse Aid Concentrate to 0.30g/l and press the tick to set
The chemical settings provided are guidelines. There are many factors which may affect the wash quality, we recommend adjust the settings to suit – if necessary.
