HOBART SERVICE congratulates Badder Manir
HOBART Service are proud to share the news that Badder Manir, Accounts Assistant, has completed the Apprenticeship in Professional Accounting Taxation Technician AAT at Level 4.
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Badder for this amazing achievement.
Badder has been dedicated throughout working at HOBART Service. Joining in 2008, completing Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 3 Apprenticeship in 2020 to now achieving the higher Level 4.
‘’During the 18 months of study I completed 5 units of study.
The 6th and final exam was a Synoptic Case Study Exam, and I also completed the required portfolio work attached to the apprenticeship part of the course.
I am especially proud to have accomplished this despite the arrival of a child and maintaining my full-time role at the company.
The time management aspect in relation to work/study life balance was precarious at times, but through the support of my family and colleagues I was able to effectively deal with it all.
HOBART Service have just approved the CIMA level of study for me, and I look forward to progressing in my role and study’’.
Finance Director at HOBART Service, Darren Beech commented:
‘’Badder is a long serving member of the Hobart team. After many years in supply chain, he took the brave decision to transfer to Finance for a new challenge.
Alongside learning new skills and taking on increasing responsibility, Badder has supplemented his practical learning with a professional accountancy qualification via an apprenticeship.
He has successfully passed all levels of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and I’m pleased to say is now a qualified Accounting Technician.
However, he is not finished yet and with the support of HOBART Service, he is about to commence studying for his Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) qualification.
Well done Badder!’’
